QUOTATIONS	Prices quoted are valid 365 days. Clerical or typographical errors are subject to correction by VMG after notification to the customer. Written confirmation of telephone quotations will be forwarded upon request.
TERMS	4% 10 Days, Net 30 Days
CREDIT	Name and address of customer's bank and three current commercial references must accompany first purchase order.
SHIPMENTS	Responsibility ends with customer inspection and acceptance of the shipment, or 10 days after customer receives the shipment.
DROP SHIPMENTS	Only emergency Drop Shipments will be considered, and by prior arrangements with the factory. If Drop Shipments are deemed necessary, it must be arranged at the time the purchase order is placed, unless an emergency arises.
RETURN OF MATERIAL	No return will be accepted without prior written approval from VMG. All requests must be in writing, listing our invoice number(s) and dates, description of products or VMG's part number(s), exact quantities, and reason for return. All returns will be subject to incoming inspection and acceptance, and must be shipped prepaid.
CANCELLATIONS	Customer will assume all responsibility and make payment for all work in process and complete at the time of notification of cancellation.
SPECIFICATIONS	VMG reserves the right to revise the specifications and tolerances for products in this reference hand book without prior notice, provided that such revisions do not affect the function of the products for the same application.
PRODUCTS	In addition to the products shown in this catalog VMG can supply other configurations, sizes and tolerances to customer drawings or specification.
